Gord has been with us since the beginning. He started the company in 1999 and soon grew to the point where he needed help. He was introduced to Dave Pocock and immediately a friendship and partnership formed. As the company continued to grow, Gord settled into his current position with his focus on continued growth and success.
Joining in 2001, Dave has been an integral part of the company's success. Dave takes great pride in his friendship/partnership with Gord, the organization they have built and the team of inspiring individuals they work with. Along with business development, he handles large commercial estimates and oversees the sales department.
Started as a labourer in 2003 with no painting experience and was trained by Forest City Painters, worked his way up to crew chief and eventually moved to sales/service. Keith handles residential and light commercial sales, his expertise is there for you every step of your project.
Norm joined our team in 2011. He has transitioned in the company from office manager to production manager and has now become our sales rep for the Tri City area. Norm handles residential and light commercial sales; his expertise is there for you every step of the way.
Justin joined the company in 2013 and handles residential and light commercial sales as well as customer service.
Moe joined the team in 2011. Moe quickly advanced through the ranks and before moving to his current position was running multiple crews while sub-contracting from us. Fortunately for us he wanted the challenge of running 40+ men and crews. Moe handles all our employees and subs to ensure that quality is maintained, and timelines are met.
Harvey Joined the team in 2014. Harvey brings with him multiple years in the paint industry as well as previous experience running multiple companies. Currently Harvey manages all crew scheduling, invoicing as well as any customer related questions.
The production manager is responsible for training new employees. This position also requires you to monitor work quality levels and handle our warranty claims with customers.
The sales and service reps are responsible for finding new business and communicating with customers throughout the process. The sales rep is the face of the company and it is important that they create good relationships with our customers for future business.
Subcontractors are held to high standards and are required to ensure that the customer and company's expectations are met. They must work efficiently with all workers on their job sites and ensure that all job sites have adequate information and supervision.
Crew chiefs must ensure that company and customer expecations are met on all job sites by all their workers. They are responsible for working alongside and managing their own crew of painters, finishing jobs on time and with high quality.
Must be able to follow instructions from the crew chief and work hard and efficiently.
